We started with three people and a whiteboard
Meridiano was born in Porto in 2009, when three engineers decided to combine the technical rigor of engineering with the business vision of management consulting. The first client was a metalworking company from Águeda that needed to produce more with the same factory.
Today we work with 90 active clients across six sectors, but the way we work remains the same: one partner responsible for each project, small teams, and goals agreed upon in writing before we begin.
What we don't negotiate

Every recommendation comes with numbers, sources, and the method we used to get there.
Proximity
We work at the client's facilities, side by side with those running the operation.
Independence
We do not sell software or equipment. Our only agenda is the client's result.

We commit to measurable goals, and part of the fees depend on them.
